Mike Metz is a strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping people build muscle, move better, and unlock their full potential. Born in Georgia and raised in Florida, Mike found his love for strength training in high school and never looked back. After moving to Colorado, he discovered that fitness wasn’t just about lifting weights—it was about gaining the strength and mobility to enjoy life to the fullest.
For Mike, training isn’t about chasing fitness fads or overcomplicating the process. He believes in simple, tried-and-true methods—training hard, staying consistent, and making real progress. Strength training has allowed him to do the things he loves: playing basketball with his dad and brother, trail running through the Rockies with his dog JoJo, and traveling the world without limitations. He knows firsthand that when you build strength, you gain the freedom to do more of what you love.
